    How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order. After your order has been processed, it will be ready to ship out. It normally takes between 10 to 15 business days for shipping to the US and 15-21 days for the international shipping, depending on your location. We will email you to update you on the progress made in your order. Please note that the time mentioned does not include hold and inspection by customs.

    How can I track my order?

    We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled when placing your orders. This email will also guide you to how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.

    Why is my shipment status unchanged?

    Your shipment may be delayed at a certain point, which are out of our purview or control. Delivery time delays can be due to various reasons, e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order starts being shipped. We will try our best to keep you informed of any potential or actual delays, so that you know why your shipment is delayed.

    There's A Problem With Shipment!

    If there's an issue with your package, Please use the Contact form.  Please be sure to include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem. We will get back to you at the earliest.

    Please mention the following items in your email:

    1. Your full name
    2. Your order No.
    3. A screenshot of the email you received when you ordered
    4. The email address you used while ordering the product
    5. Also add any relevant details.
    6. Pictures of product received by you.

    What is your return policy?

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging.

    Return & Exchange:

    We the “OneStop” owned and operated by “Jood TBS GMBH”, promised to provide fresh and the quality product(s) only. We believe you enjoy your purchase. If in case for any reason you are not happy with our product(s), we are ready to accept the return or exchange. We are giving the option to exchange or return with a full refund for the unused, unworn, unharmed, unwashed and original condition with original packaging and the tag attached, within 30 days of receiving the orders, except for underwear and other intimate apparel which cannot be returned to maintain the hygienic quality of products.

    We will not accept any exchange or returning request for any used, washed, harmed, worn, tag removed and packaging damaged product(s). We will bear the return shipping cost for only those products you are requesting to exchange or return for our default, in any other case request to return and exchange for your change of mind or change of size, color, style; etc. you need to manage the safe return and shipping cost. We will not accept return with a full refund for a change of mind. also for return or exchange item, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transits. we highly recommend you to use registered post to return the product(s)

    We will refuse any refund or exchange without any purchase proof and for any product(s) damaged by the recipient. And after approving any return request, a refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the purchase, within 3 business days.

    Please note we will not accept any return request for any previously exchanged product(s) with no default or for the further change of mind.
